Vendors must complete an Onboarding Session before being assigned a Program Manager. Onboarding is designed to set you up for success on Gartner Peer Insights.
Please Note: Your company must be listed for review on Peer Insights to attend an onboarding. If you are not yet listed for review on Peer Insights, please follow the steps outlined here: Getting Listed on Peer Insights. Once you are accepted, you will be able to sign up for and attend an Onboarding Session.
We now have two onboarding options available: Digital or Live.
Digital Onboarding:
The digital onboarding consists of four separate product tours. Vendors have the opportunity to finish this tour at their own pace. Vendors must complete all 4 product tours to be aligned with a Program Manager. The digital onboarding takes about 10-20 minutes to complete.
