Learn how to use GPI reviews and feedback in your marketing materials.

Your customers have spoken, now use their feedback in your external marketing collateral to highlight the strengths of your product, display real quotes from current customers, and emphasize your position in your market. It is imperative that you consider the compliance guidance outlined below when drafting your content to maintain and promote the integrity and objectivity of the Gartner Peer Insights program.

Please note that the Gartner Peer Insights Content Compliance Policy applies to the below. Please review the full policy prior to generating your draft materials.

Once your draft promotional materials are complete, please submit them online in an editable format so that the Content Compliance team may provide a full compliance review prior to external sharing. Note: promotional materials that are not complete will not be approved.

For requests related to a Voice of the Customer (VOC) document:

  • Requests to review draft promotional materials will not be processed until the VOC has been published on Gartner.com. Please wait to submit your requests until after the document has published. Requests submitted prior to document publication will not be processed and you will be required to resubmit the request.

  • If you have purchased a reprint of the Voice of the Customer document, please work with your Reprint Manager to get any draft promotional materials reviewed and approved. These requests should be submitted to the FRM Portal Online Submission Form.

Things to Remember:

  • Copy reviews verbatim, without any changes

  • Use a review that was published within the last 12 months from the date of your promotional content

  • Link back to the full review on Peer Insights

  • You may only use a Gartner trademark or graphic after you have secured written permission from Gartner Content Compliance. Logos may not be altered, must be secondary in position to your logo and at least 10% smaller in size.

  • Include the required Peer Insights disclaimer:

May I share quotes or details of my reviews on my websites or in promotional material?

Yes! Please review the the Gartner Peer Insights Content Compliance Policy to understand the ways in which you may share Peer Insights review details. Additionally, as a registered user, you may create custom links directly to your company’s Overview Page within a given Market/Category, Individual Reviews, and Review Surveys.

Can you write custom content for us?

We do not author custom content for vendors. We have provided guidance on how vendors can leverage relevant Gartner Peer Insights data for marketing and sales, including incorporating into your website, marketing campaigns and sales conversion efforts. For vendors who have been recognized in the Voice of the Customer, we have also provided specific resources to help vendors promote their inclusion in the document. You can find templates and resources in the Marketing Tools section of the GPI Vendor Portal.

Can you offer lead generation services like the Digital Markets sites?

We do not offer lead generation services, nor do we have any plans to, within the Gartner Peer Insights platform.
