Step-by-Step Guide: How to Access the GPI Vendor Resources Center

There are two convenient ways you can access the GPI Vendor Resources Center:

Method 1: Via the GPI Vendor Portal “Help” Section

  1. Log in to your GPI Vendor Portal account.

  1. Navigate to the top menu and select “Help” dropdown

  1. Click on “Resources

  1. Search for your question/concern using the search bar or navigation the theme menu

Method 2: Using the Gartner Peer Insights Chat Widget

  1. Locate the Gartner chat icon at the bottom right of any page within the Vendor Portal.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Who can access the GPI Vendor Resources Center?

All approved GPI Vendor users with portal access can access the GPI Vendor Resource Center. It does not matter what type of access you have (Admin, Editor, and Viewer users can all view the resources). You must be logged into your GPI Vendor Portal to view articles.

Are resources updated regularly?

Yes, GPI posts updates on current articles and adds new material as needed. We also share these same resources as “articles” via the GPI monthly newsletter so make sure you read when it gets sent.

What if I can’t find what I need?

Use the widget to message the GPI Vendor Success team for direct support and a member of the team will answer within 1 business day. The GPI Vendor Success team monitors the chat Monday through Friday from 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST. If you message us outside of that time, you will receive our response via email once we’re available.
