Email Notifications and Preferences

You can now tailor the GPI Vendor Portal notifications you receive and how frequently you receive them!

We are excited to share that following the success of our In Portal Notifications, we are now introducing customizable Email Updates! This is a great way to keep track of your GPI review-sourcing efforts without having to login to your GPI Vendor Portal.

Introducing Email Updates:

You now have the power to choose the types of emails you want to receive, ensuring you stay informed in a way that best suits your needs. These options include:

  • Unread Notifications: Never miss out on important updates.

  • New Reviews: Be the first to know when a new review is posted.

  • New Review Snippets: Be the first to know when a new snippet is posted.

  • Voice of the customer: Receive monthly updates about Voice of the Customer reports in your subscribed markets.

  • Review Sourcing Links: Receive monthly updates about your Review Sourcing Links!

Tailor Your Email Frequency:

Not only can you select the type of emails, but you can also decide how often you receive them. Whether you prefer to be updated immediately with a Daily notification or opt out with the Never option, you have complete control over your email preferences.

Getting Started:

To start customizing your email preferences, Log into your vendor portal and visit the Email Preference section. Here, you can easily select your preferred email types and set the frequency for each.

Additional Updates:

You can also elect to receive promotional offer emails, product update and announcement emails, and activity notifications as related to Peer Community.

Unsubscribing from Emails:

If you need to unsubscribe, you will simply click "unsubscribe - remove me from all Peer Insights Email". Gartner Peer Insights email communications are managed separately from Gartner's other email communications. Manage your Gartner Email Preferences here.

Saving your Preferences:

Once you have adjusted your email preferences, you will want to ensure you select "Save Preferences" to save the settings.
