In this calendar you will find:
Tentative VOC publication month - A tentative publication date for a Voice of the Customer document
Review eligibility start date - A Voice of the Customer document takes into consideration 18 months of reviews. This date is the first date when reviews are eligible to be considered for the Voice of the Customer.
Review eligibility end date - This date is the last date when reviews are eligible to be considered for the Voice of the Customer.
VOC Dashboard timeframe - The tentative timeline the VOC Dashboard will go live, providing high-level insight into your eligibility towards an for the upcoming publication.
Freeze Period - Starting April 1, 2026 and onwards, vendors will now be able to add new products and services to Peer Insights in an upcoming VOC market during the 3-month period provided that they meet the market criteria; the addition of new products and services will no longer be put on hold. This allows vendors to begin sourcing reviews for these products without delay. Please note that any products added during this period will not be considered eligible products for the current Voice of the Customer cycle. You can learn more here.
