In this calendar you will find:

  • Tentative VOC publication month - A tentative publication date for a Voice of the Customer document

  • Review eligibility start date - A Voice of the Customer document takes into consideration 18 months of reviews. This date is the first date when reviews are eligible to be considered for the Voice of the Customer.

  • Review eligibility end date - This date is the last date when reviews are eligible to be considered for the Voice of the Customer.

  • VOC Dashboard timeframe - The tentative timeline the VOC Dashboard will go live, providing high-level insight into your eligibility towards an for the upcoming publication.

  • Freeze Period - Gartner Peer Insights maintains a freeze period of three (3) months (or longer in some cases) before the review eligibility end date for the Voice of the Customer report. During this freeze period, the addition of new products and services to a Peer Insights market will be put on hold. Once the freeze period has ended, Peer Insights will then add the product(s) or service(s) to the market, if they meet the market criteria. The freeze period end date is the same as the ‘Review Eligibility End Date’ in Column F of the VOC Publication Calendar.

    • Please note, if review eligibility timelines shift/extend, the freeze period will also shift/extend accordingly. Solutions will be added to the market after the freeze period has ended (after the last day of review eligibility).
