The Gartner Peer Insights team continuously gathers feedback from end users, and a consistent theme from the feedback gathered is that enterprise decision makers want to be able to easily access the Voice of the Customer data graphics in real time, similar to their experience with other interactive Gartner reports, like the Interactive Magic Quadrant.
In February 2024, we launched the Interactive Voice of the Customer. The Interactive Voice of the Customer format allows clients to quickly access the document graphics, improving their user experience. Interactive VOC’s can be accessed via the ‘Launch’ button in recently published VOC documents, or can be found here.
End user feedback has been consistent since launch - The layout of different tabs allow easy navigation to the document graphics, and Gartner clients are looking for additional user customizations and filters for industries, company sizes, and regions.
We are excited to share that the Interactive Voice of the Customer experience for reports published after September 2024 will now include the Segment Views, allowing Gartner clients to easily access the document graphics that matters most to them.
In order to be included in a filtered graphic in the multiple segment filtering, vendors:
Must be included in the VOC document
Have 10+ VOC reviews in the segment(s) selected
Have 5+ ‘Capabilities’ ratings in the segment(s) selected
Have 5+ ‘Support/Delivery’ ratings in the segment(s) selected
Note: there must be 5 or more eligible vendors in the filtered segment(s) to generate a graphic. In order for an Interactive VOC market to have this capability, there must be at least 400 total reviews in the VOC. This includes only reviews from the vendors included in the VOC document, not the whole market.
This new segmented view will provide additional visibility for clients and more opportunity for you to be featured, since the inclusion criteria is now 5+ ratings.
Additionally, for Voice of the Customer reports publishing after September 1st, 2024, the static segment views graphics featured within the full document will not be included in full text Voice of the Customer documents, but will instead live in the Interactive Voice of the Customer documents for clients. Please note that Voice of the Customer document reprints will be for the full text report only and imagery from the Interactive Voice of the Customer are not eligible.
